Returns & Refunds Policy
At Amet Furnishings, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every item meets your expectations.
Made-to-Order Products
As many of our products are custom manufactured specifically for each customer, made-to-order products cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded once production has commenced.
Made-to-order products include, but are not limited to:
· Sofas
· Beds and Headboards
· Chairs
· Ottomans and Benches
· Dining Chairs
· Custom Furniture
· Products manufactured in customer-selected fabrics, finishes, colours, sizes, or configurations
Exceptions apply only where a product is found to have a manufacturing defect.
Stocked Products
Products held in stock and not manufactured specifically for a customer may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
· The item is unused.
· The item is in its original condition.
· The item has not been assembled, altered, or modified.
· Proof of purchase is provided.
A handling fee may apply.
Damaged or Defective Products
Products must be inspected upon delivery.
Any visible damage, defects, or shortages must be noted on the delivery documentation and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Amet Furnishings may elect to:
· Repair the product;
· Replace the product; or
· Refund the purchase price.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable once delivery has been completed or scheduled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
